Sinus infection: Safe in Pregnancy is your nasal steroid spray such as Flonaze, Flomist,Clenil or ZIlfone spray. Drink Sinupret 1 three times a day and Sinugraine 2 three times a day. You can drink ACC200 as this is safe as well. Panado for pain and fever. If facial pain doesn`t improve see your GP for possible script for antibiotics.
