No: You can only tell if direct examination by your GP or having a Tympanogram from audiologist that show if there is fluid in the middle ear.

What is Cochlear Hydrops? What are the symptoms? How do you differentiate this from Eustachian Tube Dysfunction or from a Nasopharyngeal tumor?

Can a Nasopharyngeal Tumor "go away" or "disappear" or "shrink" on its own? My right ear sometimes feels full, can this be a Nasopharyngeal that I had about 8 yrs ago, or could it be Eustachian Tube Dysfunction or Cohlear Hydrops. Valsalva helps?

Hi doctors. I sometimes have a feeling of fullness ONLY in my right ear If the Valsalva Technique helps SOMETIMES, can that rule IN or rule OUT a nasopharyngeal mass or could it be Eustachian Tube Dysfunction? What may be other differential criteria?
