3mm meningioma: If you truly have a 3 mm meningioma, the first thing to do is take a deep breath and relax. At that size it will not be causing any symptoms. It would be useful if someone showed you the studies so you could understand the relative nature of something that size.

No worries: A 3mm meningioma can safely be followed with serial imaging and Neuro exams.
