i have a recurrent incisional ventral hernia. no symptoms. i live in the philippines and travel to the us for surgery is not an option now. i have gallstones. can my gallbladder be removed laparoscopically leaving my hernia as is?

Vagina: An orgasm is a physiologic response to effectively applied stimulation. It does not really involve the ovaries or uterus.

Breast ca: Yes. Both men and women get breast cancer. The shutting off of the ovaries will decrease the estrogen production but the testosterone shots have their own issues. Regardless, the risk is still there.

No: In fact, surgery is almost never indicated for pulmonary embolism or dvt. Almost all cases can be treated effectively with blood thinners.
