Pregnancy: If you've had your regular menstrual period for the last two years and have had no sexual intercourse during that time, you are not pregnant. Amenorrhea is usually caused by pregnancy but in your case, without intercourse, it must be other factors. Please see your physician for a consultation to determine the cause.
