Marital Distress: I understand your distress. Believe in yourself that you are a loving husband. Respect yourself for your good physical health. Tell your wife that you deeply care for her. Please do not put pressure on yourself and do not consider this as a FAILURE. Have heart to heart talk with your wife to improve emotional, physical and sexual intimacy. See a Therapist for Individual and Marital Therapy.

ED: When medical conditions are ruled out, most ED in a young male is due to something psychological. One can fixate on a random time or more when erection doesn't happen and then become self-conscious. Fatigue, stress, etc. are also factors. Prognosis is good and stress management or sex therapy may be helpful. Peace and good health.

Agree and: I agree with the initial answer, but many cities offer erectile dysfunction clinics which specifically offer non invasive and injection therapy to allow erections. 3 oral pills and 2 injection therapies have helped many men who by age or disease have lost natural erection. Urologists can assist in evaluation as well to determine why thus is happening. Good luck
