Good morning. i take the following supplements daily. 1000mg cranberry, 1000mg potassium, 2 b-complex tablets, 2 liver protect tablets, 1000mg west coast kelp, 1000mg slow release magnesium. is this okay or has potential to be harmful in anyway?

Stop the Potassium: Hi Rose, I would need to see the ingredients list of all those supplements because it is possible that you are overdosing on some of the trace elements. I am mostly concerned about the potassium supplement - you should stop this unless prescribed by a healthcare professional as it can affect the heart.
