No: Very bad idea. The key to successful condom use is to use one properly. Using two increases the chance of slippage and can increase the risk of pregnancy. There are many online guides to proper condom use.

Not a good idea.: Don't think this will be any better than one. Maybe more risky and certainly not manufacturer recommended.
