Anticoagulant : Xeralto(Rivaroxaban) is an anticoagulant used to reduce the risk of stroke in patients having atrial fibrillation. Hypotension and bradycardia are not among the listed possible side effects. Isn’t it possible that these are caused by the other treatment you may be using with Xeralto?
