What can i use for my son who has eczema, i have used e45, epimax, locoid ointment, bennetts baby moisturizing cream, advantan & aqua base emulsifying ointment but he still itches, his skin is very dry, becomes red and has rough patches ?

Good understanding: A good understanding of managing eczema is essential. There is no such thing as a single product that resolves the problem. You need to understand how to avoid irritants, when to moisturise, and which areas to actively treat with medical ointments or creams containing cortisone and other alternatives. Your GP should be able to advise you - I suggest you consult with him/her.
