My period is late for 10 days. i've been having very light period cramps like my period is coming. i did three home pregnancy tests which all gave negative results. i have done one blood test which also came back negative. not knowing is frustrating?

Many possibilities: Having your periods regularly is hormone dependent. Many things may influence your hormones, including pregnancy (you have already excluded that), emotional or physical stress, including intense exercise, extreme weight gain or loss, other medical conditions or illness, ovarian cysts, etc. If you skip your period twice, see your doctor.
