i started exercising for an average of 2.5 hours for 5 days per week. i dont eat bread from my breakfast &only take 5 tbsp of rice with lunch. i take a protein bar after workout. i was 98 kg & now 97. what can be an alternative for protein bar?

Losing weight : If you cut back 500 calories per day without any exception, you should lose one pound/weekly& 1 kg biweekly. Body needs 1gm protein / kg. You can substitute bar for Greek yoghurt which has no additives. Exercise is great for overall health and metabolism. Please do not try to lose weight by exercise. If you lose weight at rate similar as you gained, success at maintaining wt loss will be higher
