found a small pea sized squishy bump above collarbone near trunk of neck... no real pain. it seems to move when touched. no real tooth pain and no jaw pain... just discomfort in neck and shoulder. and just feels different..?

So many: So many possibilities. Will have to be examined to determine if it's a cyst, lymph node, or other. And once diagnosis made the proper treatment plan can be advanced. See your Dentist. If not of dentil origin Dentist will then refer you to Physician.
