See your doctor : Quite a number of problems can cause hemachezia, some painless others painful . Some benign while others might be malignant. You need to have a proper examination by your doctor who may need to do a few tests to establish where the bleeding comes from

Hemorrhoids: Ovedr-the counter hemorrhoid medicine will probably help. Keep your stools soft with lots of fiber and green vegetables. If it doesn't improve see a physician, it might be something else.

Don't know.: Could be from hemmorhoids, fistula, fissure, constipation, cancer, infection or inflammation of GI track. If it is more than a one time occurence, please get it medically checked. Take care.

Rectal Bleeding: That means you have bleeding from the rectum and it needs to be checked and you may need colonoscopy to find the cause.It may be hemorrhoids, colon polyp.Inflammatory bowel disease, constipation or cancer.
Any active rectal bleeding needs to be investigated.

Blood: Two main causes for small amount of blood with painful bowel movement… anal fissure or external hemorrhoid. Not an emergency, but see a doctor to make certain of the diagnosis. Until bake to see one, increase fiber and water in diet to soften stool and avoid straining.

Bleeding concers: there are alot of reasons causing this sort of bleeing. Can be hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and other causes originating fron your upper or lower GI. Depends on the colour of blood and associated symptoms. Having bleeding for such a long time is worrying because it can cause anemia. You should consider giving your physician a visit to determine the cause of this
