Rhinosinusitis?: Often rhinitis (runny nose + congestion ) which is often a feature of Hay Fever, a chronic condition that may coexist with Asthma and Eczema as a triad, is confused with sinusitis . Post nasal drip is a hallmark of sinusitis, inflammation of the membrane lining the sinuses (cavities in the skull bone). Please see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and suggest appropriate treatment
