COVID concerns: Your symptoms could be from a bacterial or viral infection (to possibly include COVID 19). Medical assessment would help to sort this out. In South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not. You can consult your local primary care provider.
