See ortho doc: Several degenerative or infectious issues may be at play. Obviously, there is a problem with the shoulder but I cannot determine a diagnosis here. Make an appointment with an orthopoedist to examine the shoulder. Then you will learn what is wrong and a treatment plan can be developed.
