i would like to know why i only get anxiety attacks during pms. i also notice i have chest pains during that time. i would also like to know if i can drink chamomile tea and take ativan 1mg. will it be safe?

No.: This question stands in contradiction to your previous question, which stated that you only get these attacks during ovulation. The drug you mention, is a highly addictive one. If you have been using this and want to use this during ovulation AND PMS, please see your doctor and be honest about this. There are far better options available for treatment of anxiety.
