i wake up fine. but then fall asleep at my desk during work hours between 9 and 10. after that the sleepiness goes away and before that i am fine but i struggle everyday. ive done a sleep study and nothing?

Go back to GP: If you have already gone for a sleep study, your GP has gone all the way. You have mentioned nothing about other tests? There is no use in putting a question like this up for doctors who have no information about you/tests done so far. Go back to your GP. He/she may refer you to a neurologist for an EEG to exclude neurological causes - all depends on the clinical picture and work-up done so far.
