i am experiencing runny nose (unaffected by: exposure to secondhand smoke, environmental particles or dust, exposure to pets, recent exposure to allergens), cough, no sputum (non-productive), generalized weakness, chills, body aches, chest congestion, fever, ear pressure, and malaise. i am not experiencing aching muscles or nasal drainage. i do not have the following risk factor(s): living in or recent travel to high risk covid-19 region.

COVID and flu: Please have testing for influenza and COVID 19. Drink fluids, rest and monitor your temperature. Treat fever with Tylenol rather than Motrin until COVID negative. Remain in isolation.
