Found out my alc is 7.0 & i change my diet & working on lowering it. i had a urine test that show 30 protein in my urine but my gfr mdrd af value is >60 i also had a trace of ketones. im worried this means i have kidney disease is it possible ?

Need more info: Normal GFR is more than 90. Protein of 30 is at the upper end of normal. These two number plus your a1c of 7 all put you at risk of kidney disease. It would be prudent to consult a nephrologist. Wish you good health!
