i am experiencing cough (unaffected by: lying flat, exposure to secondhand smoke, night time) (associated with: barky, hoarse, or hacking sound, phlegm or mucus, persistent in winter) (not associated with: blood in phlegm, whooping sound upon breathing in, chronic), chest pain or discomfort (severity: mild) (time frame: gradual) (side: both) (worsened by: deep breaths) (unaffected by: sudden movements, pressing on the chest, exercise, bending forward) (better by: rest) (unaffected by: antacid medications, bending forward, nsaids (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.)) (associated with: sensation of pressure or heaviness) (not associated with: sharp or stabbing feeling, sensation of tearing pain, stinging or burning sensation), aching muscles, generalized weakness, chills, body aches, and chest congestion. i am not experiencing difficulty breathing through nose, runny nose, nasal congestion, or sore throat. i have the following risk factor(s): living in or recent travel to high risk covid-19 region.

COVID-19 Symptoms2: COVID-19 common symptoms include Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea. Individuals with symptoms should isolate immediately and get tested. Severe shortness of breath / trouble breathing warrants emergency department visit.
