i am experiencing shoulder pain, back pain (severity: severe) (side: upper), neck pain, shortness of breath (severity: mild) (time frame: gradual) (worsened by: exercise or physical activity) (better by: rest), side pain, chest tightness, arm numbness, muscle cramps or spasms, neck strain, and obesity. i am not experiencing headache. i do not have the following risk factor(s): getting no exercise.
