i just had unprotected sex 7/5 on the 4th day of my period and in two days 7/7 i have my skyla iud removal and im having it replaced with a new longer term iud. whats the chance of me getting pregnant and can i take a plan b pill at any point?

Should be still: effective this way, without need for plan B, no method is 100 % effective, however. You have a regular contraceptive plan in place, also use condoms to decrease infection risks, and HPV vaccine series if not already done.
