have symps of hyperthyroidism. free+t3+t4 levels are within range. tsi is 90 and tsh is on the low end of normal. raiu was elevated at 26% at 6hrs with no nodules. having heart palpitations and lost 10lbs in 2mo. endo says i'm fine? what could it be?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. An anxiety disorder can produce symptoms similar to hyperthyroidism. It may be prudent to consult a psychiatrist. Wish you good health!
