Vitamin D: Your doctor can prescribe you Vitamin D which comes in much higher doses than you would get from a multiple vitamin.

More women diagnosed: Women 24 and younger, as well as women with risk factors for a sexually transmitted infection (such as new/multiple sexual partners, unprotected sex) should be routinely screened for chlamydia infection. There is no screening recommendation for men. Because of this routine screening of women, more women are diagnosed with chlamydia infection than men. This may not reflect the true incidence rates.

Breast ca: Yes. Both men and women get breast cancer. The shutting off of the ovaries will decrease the estrogen production but the testosterone shots have their own issues. Regardless, the risk is still there.

Can a man on immunosuppressant cause their female partner to have urinary tract infections after sex?

Yes: Vaginal intercourse is a risk factor for the development of utis in all women because of the close proximity between the urethral opening and the anus. Women can decrease this risk by practicing good hygeine and urinating as soon as possible after sex. Having an immunosuppressed partner, however, does not confer any additional risk.
