Check with your orth: I would strongly advise you to see an orthopedic surgeon to properly assess your condition and recommend appropriate intervention rather than the diy route which might cause worse problems than you are trying to remedy

Is there a stronger combination of medicines than lyrica (pregabalin) and naproxen for treating nerve pain in the feet?

Yes: Lyrica (pregabalin) is one type of "nerve pain" medicine. There are several different types of "nerve pain" medication. You would want to increase Lyrica (pregabalin) to the highest dose before you could say it isn't working. Naproxen is an an anti-inflammatory medication. Narcotics are the strongest medication with evidence for improving neuropathic pain.

Ulnar neuropathy: You have likely heard of carpal tunnel syndrome. This is a compression and irritation of the median nerve in the wrist. Ulnar tunnel syndrome, which it sounds like you may have, is a compression of the ulnar nerve in elbow. This nerve supplies the ring finger and pinky fingers. If it is compressed and irritated it can produce tingling and pain in those fingers. It is more common in pregnancy.

Wrong dose: The way you are taking the zithromax is not the dosing for chlamydia - for that you need to take 4 250mg tablets at once. That's it.
Call your doctor and check out why they prescribed it the way you are taking it.
