A 26-year-old female asked:

i had an ob appt today at 32 weeks and she said she thinks but isnt positive that baby is breech. i know he has plenty of time to turn but are there any other risks to him being breech at this point in the pregnancy?

Not at this time: In labor breech vaginal deliveries can be more risky to the baby, so most are delivered by cesarean. If still breech at 36 or 37 weeks, a procedure called external version to turn the baby to a head down position is possible.
