Chronic constipation: Habitual use of purgatives over a long time can cause rebound constipation. A daunting challenge! Increasing fluid intake, increased physical activity, increased dietary fiber are some of the tricks one can try. Dulcolax or Glycerin suppositories or occasional Fleet enema to relieve costipation might also help. Good luck 🍀
