See a Dr: Chest pain with left arm numbness and shortness of breath are the hallmarks of a heart attack. For someone your age this would be unusual, but it is worth having a Dr do a thorough exam, some labwork and maybe even imaging. There are some congenital problems that can cause heart symptoms and if caught early, can be treated.
