Sounds like tension : Tension headaches fall in the category of functional headaches meaning there’s no underlying organic cause. Once causative psychosocial issues are fixed hopefully the will also vanish. A referral to a psychologist should be one of the options. Your doctor might assist with fixing your sleep pattern

See a doc: Suspect you are having a sinus issue contributing to the headaches (allergy, infection)?. The neck pain could be muscle or spinal alignment issues. A,good pillow will help that supports both the neck and posterior head. A careful exam should discover the underlying issue(s) in your case, good luck
