i was in hospital for epigastric pain on cxr found mild pnemonia given me covad 19 test which was negative gave me zithromax and discharge me right away do i have bacterial or viral pneumonia how do you identify. they indicated infectious organism?

Pneumonia: You would have to find out if they did cultures or other studies which might determine what type of organism was involved.
