No: Sinutab is a combination tab with paracetamol, decongestant , antihistamine and codeine It is good for a flu but not the ideal drug for allergic rhinitis especially with the codeine which is highly addictive Best treatment is a Nasal corticosteroids and / or oral antihistamine
