Bronchitis: You had a flu like infection that eventually developed into what sounds like a bronchial infection or even pneumonia even if you have no fever. If you're still coughing up discolored phlegm you should be examined by a physician and may need a course of antibiotics or even a chest xray if pneumonia is suspected. Fatigue is expected after such a long drawn out infection.
