What are some essential things that are body needs when doing any diet ? for example we always need sodium like salt but what are other examples ? how to make sure im haveing a safe diet ?

Healthy Eating: Healthy eating is key when doing any "dieting." I would suggest limiting the amount of sodium (salt) one ingest. In general, low sodium diets are associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease later in life. Low sodium, even in healthy people, is always a good idea. As for other aspects of the diet, following a DASH, Mediterranean or vegetarian diet is always good. Lots of fruit & veggies!

Eat balanced. : You need well-balanced eating habits. Mainly plant-based. Lean meat, fowl or fish gives you protein and B vitamins, although beans/legumes plus a whole-grain starch will also cover your protein needs. And stop the soft drinks, snacks.
