i returned from els to cpt 10 days ago and feel tired since then, most days i wake up with a bad headache. mild chest and body pain, weakness, sore throat is now maybe for 6 days. my girlfriend has similar symptoms. both of us mild, no fever?

See a doctor: Hi there. I suggest getting screened for COVID 19 (sore throat, body pain, headache) and if negative - go see a doctor to rule out heart disease (chest pain that is worse with exercise). The fact that your GF has similar symptoms point towards an infective cause, but with chest pain/pressure you should always rather err on the side of caution.
