35yrold.whenever i do gym,i get acidity/gas&then it converts to hunger&i have to eat every few hrs.else i feel weak&sweat.all blood tests done.ct scan of all organs done.even when i am sweating,sugar level is 100.last time it became fine after vomit.

Exercise intolerance: 2 suggestions:
1.l-glutamine powder- this heals the stomach lining, but also assist with muscle recovery.
2. try and eat low Gi diet not to spike your sugar levels, as the sugar levels drop after spiking after drinking/eating high sugar/carb meal.Especially if you are insulin sensitive.
3. Drink iron supplement. Iron deficiency leads to exercise intolerance.
