Chestpain: Chestpain associated with angina worsens with exercise &being active.Chestpain will improve with exercise if stress related.Silent reflux can also cause chestpain, this worsens at night.Sharp pains can be costochondritis-inflammation in joints next to sternum or from the pleura- this worsens with deep breathing. Please consult your GP/emergency.Aspirin improves chestpain from angina &inflammation.
