i am taking mucinex and start flonase for my sinus pressure but the pain is so intense in my head and jaw. would a pain killer help in addition?

Virtual appt: Please rinse sinuses with saline. Avoid over drying the secretions. Continue Flonase nasal spray, monitor your temperature, drinks fluids and rest. Please contact your PCP or Healthtap for a virtual consultation. You may need a course of antibiotics for sinusitis.
