my 4 year old son has had blood in his urine for the past 2 days. what should i do?

Is he complaining of pain when passing urine? and is there any unusual odour to the urine? is he eating well? energetic as Usual? and has he had any back pain? or The answers to these questions may help to make a diagnosis. I do believe that a visit to the doctor will be appropriate
