has he been on any medication recently. , a fever? Is he complaining of pain when passing urine? and is there any unusual odour to the urine? is he eating well? energetic as Usual? and has he had any back pain? or The answers to these questions may help to make a diagnosis. I do believe that a visit to the doctor will be appropriate
