Could be or aciduria: A burning sensation when you pee can be a symptom of urinary trait infection (UTI). It could still be caused by a lot of acid in your urine without any infection. A simple urine dipstick would make the distinction. Other symptoms like scanty urine frequent urination and strangury ( a feeling of not voiding completely) also help in the diagnosis. Of course UTI is commoner in females than males.
