my child started teething at 6 months we started using teejel gel and at first it worked fine but it seems to not be working as well anymore she is now 7 months is there anything stronger i can use or and advise regarding this would be appreciated ?

Teething problems: Give cool foods and chew toys to soothe the gums. Ice lollies or a washcloth soaked in cold water. If the child is in visible (crying) pain give some paracetamol. If that is insufficient, consult with your GP.
