Breastfeeding: It is great that you are breastfeeding your child make sure you add trivisol to their diet. While breastfeeding your menstrual periods may be irregular but protection is still needed to avoid pregnancy. I would speak to my OB doctor about the cramps you are getting in your pelvis and even schedule a followup appointment.
