There's a terrible pain in foot when i walk. it's underneath my foot on the "pillow" part before my heel spreading all the way to the right side of my foot. there's no swelling or redness. just started all of a sudden a week ago. gets worse.

Foot pain advise: Hi, It sounds like you could have plantar fasciitis - "an inflammation of a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes.
