Muscle spasm: Muscle spasms in neck and upper back can cause numbness and pain radiating down the arm due to swelling in neck pressing on the nerves. This is mostly due to stress and tension. Suggest muscle relaxant such as Norflex/Besemax and Traumeel that will help with healing. Can visit Chiropracter or Physiotherapist to help with muscle spasm.

Cause of pain: with lockdown and if you working at home on the pc, this poor posture can be a primary cause. i would suggest consult via drconnect to be evaluated and referred properly
