my four year old son woke up with a swelling on the right side of his neck /cheek?

Neck/cheek swelling: Good day. There are a couple of things that can cause these symptoms. It can be mumps, swollen lymph nodes due to an infection anywhere on the head, face, ear, nose or throat. If he is active and eating/drinking well I would observe him. If not, or the swelling persist he needs to see a doctor.
