i am 40 year old and right breast is birads 3 with 2 followup scans after 6month gaps each normal. fibroadenoma size shrinked in size and no changes.stopped loestrin suddenly after 2 months and got periods .breast is very painful.worried.any problem?

Breast plan: sounds reasonable, for followup. Current tenderness, is likely from ovulatory hormones. However, if the mass enlarges, and or pain gets worse see your doctor for evaluation.
