Hyperpigmentation : Your condition is called Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. There are topical treatments available, such as Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Azeliac acid . You might need a prescription for some of these products.

Maybe not: An internet search revealed some panderm and penderm creams. They have ingredients such as antibacterials, antifungals, corticosteroids, and/or retinoids. Corticosteroids are not used in the U.S. For acne, except briefly. Since it is not sure what is in the "penderm" being asked about, one cannot tell if it is safe or useful to try the cream. Dark skin can react unpredictably to acne treatments.

Varied options: Acne treatments are often geared toward the types of acne bumps you have. Blackheads and whiteheads often respond well to things containing salicylate acid or benzoyl peroxide some of which can be found at your local drug store.
