weird tingling feeling in head and then i felt like i was gonna fall over. it freaked me out my eyes felt weird as well i had to sit down until it passed any idea of what this is?

A faint: Something triggered the event, which differs from person to person.Your veins (mostly in your lower torso and legs) dilate & your blood pressure falls.This temporarily reduces blood flow in your brain which you feel as you describe. Sitting down stabilizes the blood pressure/flow & it passes. I see it most often after people get shots or have their blood drawn, but there are many possible triggers

Dizziness/syncope: It sounds like you had a syncopal episode. These can occur when heart rate and blood pressure drop and can lead to fainting. Causes are many; dehydration, metabolic imbalance, medication/drug side effect, hangover, low blood sugar, heart problem, neurologic condition. For right now, rest & rehydrate with an electrolyte solution (gatorade, pedialyte), then if it occurs again, call Dr for workup
