does excerising cause your heart muscle to thicken?

Dr. Gurmukh Singh

A little: Regular exercise is good for the heart. Very vigorous and sustained exercise can increase the muscle of heart, but is not harmful. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
